Introduction - First Draft

Starts off in a house on the bottom floor moving up to the second floor, along a landing then in to a room. Starts to focus on a young boy, this boy calls out to his mum and when he hears no answer he moves out the room to go find her. When he finds her she is dishevelled in her bed, in the dark TV on spreading Propaganda on the news, he shakes his mum lightly on the shoulder and calls to her again, she still doesn’t answer. Then he notices the bottle of vodka by her bed, plus the letter back from the hospital. The letter explains she is showing signs of extreme paranoia and should rest and try not to watch or read sensationalist news, he then sighs and realises she drank herself in to an emotionless stupor. He walks out of his room and goes to let his brother know he’s going out, but once he enters his brother’s room he finds him passed out on the bed, with another bottle of drink, his mother had been careless with her alcohol, showing signs of no surprise he walks out of the room down the stairs and writes a not before leaving out the front door.
